Terms of use for our software and services
1. Software License
The use of our software (FinXplorer, Tajmaat AI, Inara) is subject to the purchase of a valid license. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the software. Each license is uniquely bound to a specific machine (UUID). Transfers are not permitted without prior consent from LeapDz.
2. Digital Delivery
Delivery of our software is entirely digital. Following purchase confirmation, you will receive a download link and a license key (UUID) electronically.
3. Updates & Support
Minor updates (bug fixes) are included free of charge. Major updates (significant new features) are billed at 20% of the initial license price. Installation and initial training are included.
4. Intellectual Property (Ordinance 03-05)
In accordance with the Algerian Ordinance No. 03-05 on copyright, all software, source code, designs, and documentation remain the exclusive property of LeapDz. Any attempt to reverse engineer, unauthorized copying, or resell is strictly prohibited. The user is, however, authorized to make a single backup copy for exclusive archiving purposes.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
Our software is provided 'AS IS'. LeapDz makes no warranties that the software will meet specific, undocumented needs, or that operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
LeapDz strives to provide reliable and secure software, but cannot be held liable for data loss, loss of profit, or service interruptions resulting from software misuse, hardware failures, or system incompatibilities.
7. Termination
In the event of a breach of these terms, notably unauthorized copying or reverse engineering, LeapDz reserves the right to immediately revoke your software license (UUID) without any refund.
