How we protect and manage your data
1. Software Data Collection
We do not collect any data from the software solutions installed for our clients. Our software (FinXplorer, Tajmaat AI, Inara) operates entirely locally on your devices.
2. Billing and Contact Data
For administrative and legal management of our clients, we only collect necessary contact and billing information (Name, Company, Email, Phone). This data is exclusively intended for internal communication and is never shared or sold to third parties.
3. Security & Hosting
We do not have any servers to store data processed by your software. The processing and storage take place exclusively on your own machines, ensuring maximum security and privacy.
4. Your Rights (Access and Deletion)
Because we do not hold any data generated by your software, you maintain full control over it. Regarding your billing/contact data stored in our CRM, you have the right to access and delete it. For any request, please reach out via our contact page.
5. Legal Compliance (Law 18-07)
As our solutions are entirely local, they facilitate your compliance with the Algerian Law No. 18-07 regarding the protection of personal data. As a user, you remain the sole 'Data Controller' of your data before the ANPDP. LeapDz does not intervene in the processing or transfer of your data at any time.
